She isn't imprisoned.She frequently writes for nationally prominent magazines like Outlook.No travel impositions on her.She is free to make money from books she publishes in India.None of her books are banned in India.She organizes protests under police protection.Her far more serious allegations of colluding with Maoists are constantly overlooked,She is not even interrogated for the charge.

What more "freedoms" does she seek?

I concur with you brother,
The earlier post that I wrote is for the some who had questioned the "Freedom of Speech" in India.
She is not harmed in anyway, our country men just voice against her speech as it is not in sync with the majority of the population in India.

Its ok Ashok bhai you dont have to explain - i understand exactly your point. Kashmir has always been and always will be a passionate topic whenever it is mentioned on both sides of the border. I pray that one day we resolve it in a peaceful manner and live happily. Thanks brother

i read all her articles in the outlook . very seldom do i agree with her . when ever she is published you see a flurry of readers letters in the next issue voicing their decent about her article . but the mere fact she is continuously published should tell you about the freedom we enjoy .
