Islamabad: Several banned jihadi groups, including the Lashkar-e-Taiba and Hizb-ul-Mujahideen, on Thursday opposed Pakistan's move to grant Most Favoured Nation (MFN) status to India.
Leaders of the groups, including Muttahida Jihad Council chairman Syed Salahuddin, told a gathering of hundreds of supporters at Aabpara Chowk in Islamabad about their movement to "liberate" Jammu and Kashmir.
"We will continue our struggle on the political, diplomatic and, most important of all, jihadi fronts till the last Indian soldier leaves Kashmir. We will continue till Jammu and Kashmir becomes independent," said Salahuddin, who is also the chief of the Hizb-ul-Mujahideen.

A spokesman who addressed the gathering on behalf of LeT commander Iftikhar Haider said his group would take "revenge" for the killing of Muslims in Gujarat in 2002 and the 2007 bombing of the Samjhauta Express cross-border train.
"The relationship between Pakistan and India is one of guns and bullets, not of trade," the LeT spokesman said while opposing the granting of MFN-status to India by Pakistan.
The gathering was held in a market located less than two kilometres from the headquarters of the Inter-Services Intelligence agency in the heart of Islamabad.
Jihadi leaders, including Salahuddin and Al Badr Mujahideen leader Bakht Zameen, too opposed Pakistan's decision in principle to grant MFN-status to India.
Salahuddin claimed bilateral relations could not improve and Pakistan could not confer MFN-status on India as long as Indian troops remained in Jammu and Kashmir.

Several leaders of the Hizb-ul-Mujahideen, Harkat-ul-Mujahideen and other groups also addressed the gathering that was organised to mark the "Youm-e-Siah" (Black Day).
The day is observed across Pakistan on October 27 every year to protest the entry of Indian troops in Jammu and Kashmir in 1947.

india should cut all ties from pakistan

1000% with you, it should have been done long back...cut the diplomatic and economical tie with pakistan. But this anti-Indian and pakistani congress and MMS will never do it....There is only one way to punish congress is to kill each and every congress,i hope we will have kind of Arab spring in India soon..

it was mistake of india to let the european trade embargo to pakistan.it was total loss to indian industry.
its better to use the iran port for supplies.

Couldn't care less.

Sensible members of Pakistan, what is your stand on terror out-fits trying to sway the government of its policies?
Kindly my question is to understand the general stand of individuals on what the Let, JeM, etc are instructing the Pakistani Government to do?

This terrorist had proved very dangerous for pakistan that too again and again but they are still supporting it..can't understand their mentality.

Great now they dictate on international politics..nice

well why not ...most of the voter bank is probably them already.

F***in Terrorists!!

What else you expect from them ? Pakistan should kill these snakes instead of using them as state assets!

I hate it when such terrorists issue such statements!

So India's not getting the MFN status after all. Pak Admin dont have the gumption to go against the will of these terror groups.

If at all they (Pak) will roll out MFN status to India, its going to be CONDITIONAL and not otherwise, thereby protecting their interests, something these Jihadi dumbos do not understand (the intricacies involved within the framework structure). Pakistan is a signatory state of WTO and has to reciprocate the member state with MFN status.
