Just have a look at WTO treaty and its charter.
And then you wont be able to not sing this type of songs, and probably change your tune
India can open a dispute at WTO for Pakistan to NOT grant India MFN, but it has not done so.

There are no rules of this nature..... India did what it felt was right.... a reciprocation from Pakistan isn't binding..... Pakistan should formulate its FP with complete independence..... and not with a feeling of being obliged!
