In a shocking speech ex PM Imran Khan revealed today that when he talked with General Bajwa and General Faiz about missing persons, they were of the view that it was very difficult to prove terrorism charges on terror suspects in courts. Furthermore they wondered why should they not continue with this unlawful practice of enforced disappearances when US could do the same with its "terrorists" in Guantanamo and other CIA black sites!!!

Politicians are also to be blamed so is Military. They both have failed miserably to bring judicial and Police reforms. They are not interested in resolving this issue. They would only wake up when things will get out of hand completely. In Pakistan even today in many many cases video and DNA evidence is not acceptable as it's not part of law. When it comes to extension Army gets things done. When it comes to these they do nothing. Other wise they due to their past has so much clout that they can get these reforms passed through parliament with two third majority but they won't do it.

For those reforms Mr you need two third majority. And he didn't even had single. So how about you first learn about Pakistani law. The reforms which he could have brought he brought. Major judicial reforms were brought in last few months of his Government. His last few months because it took more then two years to make and develop those reforms. So it's always better to do some research before criticizing specially khan.
