Has the MQM already failed in Punjab?

There has been a lot of hype created by the MQM regarding tomorrow's convention in lahore, which will show the popularity of MQM in punjab.
But now MQM has invited PTI, PMLQ and PPP to attend their convention possibly to have a larger number of people and therefore have the bragging rights that MQM is very much loved by the punjabi people...

Another point I want to raise is.....
First Altaf Hussain said this

Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Chief Altaf Hussain said that the people of Punjab will prove that they want an end to the feudal system littered with oppression and corruption.
In a special video message for the people of Punjab, Altaf Hussain said power is concentrated in a few hands under the feudal system. He said Pakistan was not a country for a select few but for 180 million people.
He claimed that Punjab will come forth and show that it wants an end to family politics, inflation and unemployment.

Then the MQM did this...

LAHORE: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) has accepted the invitation of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) to attend latter’s public meeting in Lahore, Geo News reported.

MQM delegation led by Dr. Farooq Sattar hold meeting with PPP Secretary General Jahangir Badar at his residence and invited him to take part in public meeting scheduled on Sunday (tomorrow) in Lahore. The invitation was accepted by PPP leader.

Later, talking to media, Farooq Sattar stated that MQM Chief Altaf Hussain would not disappoint people of Punjab. Response of people in Punjab for MQM moot is surprising, adding that it is good omen for politics in the country

everyone new about MQM since long, and they got really exposed in the May 12 incident. To support an urdu speaking tyrant Musharaf, MQM has deastroyed itself. 90% of the support that it has today is because of the fear its gangsters have instilled in people.
