What's new

IAF wants aerial refuelling, jammers, quick turnaround in new Tejas

Lol,every God damn soul knows that the J-10 is nothing but a cheap copy of the IAI Lavi whose blueprints were transferred by Israel on the behest of the USA in the late 80s:lol::lol:.Still it's a pity that you guys couldn't make a proper aircraft out of it let alone a potent one:sarcastic:.Heck, even Myanmar who is a close ally of your country chose the venerable Mig-29M over your "state of the art" J-10A a couple of years back:omghaha:!!
IAI Lavi
  • Length: 14.57 m (47 ft 10 in)
  • Wingspan: 8.78 m (28 ft 10 in)
  • Height: 4.78 m (15 ft 8 in)
  • Wing area: 33.0 m² (355 ft²)
  • Empty weight: 7,031 kg (15,500 lb)
J-10
  • Length: 15.49 m (50.82 ft)
  • Wingspan: 9.75 m (31.99 ft)
  • Height: 5.43 m (17.81 ft)

If it's copy, then Tejas copy from Mirage 2000.:rofl::rofl::omghaha::omghaha:

Myanmar bought Mig-29M in 2001.
The first J-10 were delivered to the 13th Test Regiment on 23 February 2003. :omghaha::omghaha::rofl::rofl:

The Indian trolls should not confuse between facts and reality. They are embarrassing the rationale Indian members like me with their stupidity. As of now the LCA is a joke, plain and simple. It can barely fly, has a low payload, no mid-air refueling, no EW suite, no modern radar and no BVR capability.

HAL has promised that the next batch of "upgraded" LCA will be much better. Let's wait and see how the next batch performs because it has not been inducted yet. If it performs well, good for IAF. If it performs poorly then I hope the Rafale deal can be renewed.
