Why not. If India is involved in terrorism than definately Pakistn should raise the issue. Pakistan should provide had proofs to International community like India did in case of Bombay Attack case. However I hope that Pakistna shall not provide the 4 years old statement of one American think tank or Lecture of Ajit Doval at shastra uiversity as a proof because that shall not be considered as a proof by international university and and Pakistan shall become a laughing stock in front of international community.
