The Uttar Pradesh Police conducted 420 encounters with alleged criminals, killing 15, in less than six months since the Yogi Adityanath government came to power, according to official statistics released Friday. Figures released by the Director General of Police headquarters show that a sub-inspector, Jai Prakash Singh, died in one of these encounters with a gang of alleged dacoits in Chitrakoot.

Sharma said police also arrested 1,106 persons in these encounters in which 84 accused were injured. The officer said that the National Security Act has been invoked against 54 accused while the properties of 69 gangsters were attached under the UP Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act.

Yes it is all your doing that 70000 people died in your country in the last decade. So there is a struggle in your country as well, unlike India it must be there in every region since bomb blasts and shootings took place every where in your country.

Well, we lost 21 thousand civilian are some 5000 soldiers which include army, paramilitary and police, meanwhile you lost more then this in nexal, naga and same amout on soldiers in Kashmir insurgency,

Pakistan was much more peaceful then you throughout its history,

There is no such thing as jihadism in kashmir until Pakistan started to meddle in Indian internal affairs.

there is no Jihad in Kashmir even now, Jihad is what the world saw in Afghanistan against soviets, you like other sanghi bhangis exeggerating stuff which need to be exposed in UN and every forum, just few dozen freedom fighters operating in Occupied Kashmir according to your own sanghi media, that too bcoz of gross human rights violation against Kashmiris..

The reason for the establishment of OIC was the colonization and occupation of Palestine. Shah Faisal of Saudi Arabia was the first to call for Indian Establishment to be member of OIC which was opposed by Pakistan.

Although the relations between Saudi Arabia and India exist since the establishment of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, but the Saudi-Indo diplomatic relations were formally established in 1948 and upgraded fully in 1954. In 1932, when King Abdul Aziz Al-Saud unified the Arabian peninsula and established the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru was full of praise for the King for his courage and statesmanship in unifying the peninsula.

A Hungarian and a Romanian national have been arrested in Bengaluru on suspicion of rigging several ATMs by cloning debit cards of unsuspecting users by planting devices such as card skimmers and pin cameras at several kiosks in the city. The arrested duo, the police said, have confessed to being part of an organised gang working with a UK-based operator.

Karnataka CID’s cyber crime unit identified the two as Dan Sabin Christian (40) of Romania and Mare Janos (44) of Hungary. They arrived on a tourist visa on September 1 and were scheduled to leave for the UK on September 19, the police said. They have travelled to the US, Mexico, Jamaica, France and Argentina, among other countries, in recent past.

They were arrested this week.

Officials said they have found that Christian and Janos planted devices at five ATMs on eight occasions in the central business district and once at the international airport. The issue came to light after officials of Kotak Mahindra Bank reported that such devices were found at the bank’s ATM on MG Road.

Based on CCTV footage, further probe found that similar equipment was installed at the international airport’s ATM. Police laid a trap for the suspects and waited for them to come to retrieve the devices.

“The duo brought sophisticated equipment and planted it in ATMs to gather data of as many ATM users as possible to later monetise it,” CID Director General H C Kishore Chandra said. Christian and Janos were earlier caught in Jamaica for a similar offence, he said. “No money has been stolen with the data theft in Bengaluru,” CID Additional DGP Prathap Reddy said. The CID will initiate proceedings against the gang’s main operators through the Interpol, he said.

OIC should put their their money where words is and put military assets in pakistan.

We are current representatives of OIC at U.N

We used our diplomacy to issue a multi national statement against India, infront of entire U.N

Your diplomacy effectiveness is highly questionable, people within Pakistan always slams it and most of them claims that they are going to near isolation and do not have any influence on any of the nations.

India tells off OIC: Advise you to not comment on India's internal affairs

NEW DELHI: At the UN yesterday, India firmly and unequivocally+ told the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) that it would be better off not commenting on India's internal affairs, reported ANI.

India was replying to comments on Kashmir made by Pakistan, which was using the OIC to comment on the troubled state, as is its wont. Pakistan made its comments on behalf of the OIC, of which it is a member.

India said this was out of line.

"Organisation of Islamic Cooperation has no locus standi on India's internal affairs, we strongly advise the OIC to refrain from making such references in future," said Sumit Seth, first secretary at the Permanent Mission of India to UN.

As soon as he made these remarks, minister in India's Permanent Mission to the UN, S Srinivas Prasad, interrupted Anwar's speech and strongly raised objections to the mention of Kashmir by the Pakistani delegate.

"It is a bilateral issue which should not be brought here," said Prasad to the chair of the session.

Seth delivered his response using the 'right of reply', after Pakistan, on behalf of the OIC, made its statement.

"The OIC in its statement+ contains factually incorrect and misleading references to the Indian state of Jammu & Kashmir. India outrightly (sic) rejects all such references. The Indian state of Jammu & Kashmir is an integral and inseparable part of India," said Seth

The OIC is a 57-nation body which says it is "the collective voice of the Muslim world".

The OIC has made comments on Kashmir several times over the years+ . In one recent such instance in July, the OIC talked about "gross human rights violations in Kashmir" and said the Kashmir dispute posed a threat to the peace and security of the region. The OIC made these comments at a foreign ministers' meeting in Cote d'Ivoire.

At the meeting, Sartaj Aziz, then adviser to the Pakistan prime minister, spoke of "Indian atrocities" in the Kashmir Valley following the killing of Hizbul Mujahideen terrorist Burhan Wani on July 8 last year.

In a response near identical to yesterday's, the external affairs ministry told the OIC to refrain from commenting on the issue.

"India outrightly (sic) rejects all such references. The OIC has no locus standi on India's internal affairs. We strongly advise the OIC to refrain from making such references in future," said the external affairs ministry in an official statement.

In April, the OIC went so far as to say it "backs Pakistan" on the Kashmir issue and added that it believes that there is a need to put "pressure" on India on the issue of alleged human rights violations in the state.

Pakistan, meanwhile, always rakes up the bilateral issue on international forums.

In May, at a meeting of the OIC, Pakistan raised the Kashmir issue with UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres, reported PTI.

A month before that, minister in Pakistan's permanent mission to the UN, Masood Anwar, raised the Kashmir issue in his statement to the UN General Assembly session of the committee on information.

Before delivering India's statement at the session, Prasad said the Kashmir issue was totally unrelated to the forum.

"Before I begin my statement, I would like to thank the chair for its deft handling and not allowing the elaboration of a subject which is totally unrelated to this forum as was tried by a member state," said Prasad.
