Okay..I can see a lot of people here who love their own country.This thread is about those Pakistanis who love their country,and the country is going through a hard and difficult phase these days.So,what is the way forward?How do the Pakistanis deal with the issues? Ideas??

i pledge i will serve my country at any time of need,will not abonden it there still is hope,somewhere in the ashes we just have to ignite it,we are pakistanis born pakistani's lived as pakistanis and will die pakistani and would be buried on our motherland and would,nt regret one bit of it.
The way forward ,yes thats the tricky part well we all seem to resort to criticism and curseing our leaders and always moaning abt this and always complaining abt one thing or the other,complaining and looking upto others(patrons) china,usa,saudis well this has to be eradicated the fault lies with us as a person then family then neighbourhood then society we are too acustomed to blaming every thing on others while we sit and enjoy the show that includes me too i am no exception.but if something has to be done it has to be started at personal level then social and then state.
any ways the way forward yes! i see the way forward its on our own depending on our energies alone these steps should be taken to prosper and strengthen our standing in world community.
1)stop depending on others china,usa,saudis
2)have to change political system ,democracy works only under the assumption that masses are literate enough to make decisions beyond their personal relations and selfishness,well in our case the masses are ignorant no offense but thats the reality which could be seen by the leaders elected,so a totalitarian gvt is to be put in place."democracy is the form of gvt where votes are counted not weighted"
3)have to change our economic from capitalist to socialist,"whoever sows the land should own the land" "from every one according to their capacity to every one according to their need" thus a socialist totalitarinism (am not saying communism without relgion but a notch lower socialism with religion) one party gvt every citisen of pakistan be member of it like minded and extraordinary performing be promoted through the ranks to supreme leaders some day.
4)maybe a sub clause too 3 a revolution should be brought socialist in ideology as any islamic inclinations will be labeled terrorist thus reppeling masses psyche,thus socialism i see much closer to islamic system then capitalism not exact but closer so a socialist flag for the revolution,a popular revolution we would only need the masses to buy our slogans and thats it let the brains lead the country not some ignorant rich selfish politican who inhereted his seat from his family.workers party workers ownership not complete but shares in profit of industies they work in ,the lands have to be confescated from these barons in punjab and sindh and baluchistan and diestributed to poor farmers thus will give better productivity,china and soviet union were first agrirarian economies then industrialised we have to be at our full capacity at agriculture to move fwd in industrialisation ,in barons key baap key zameen nahin hai they got these land for treachery against muslims and we still alloted them these lands ,these upper classes have to go,no more exploitation,no to capitalists.

let it be bloody we have to clean up the dirt for that our blood will do "to a new begining we shall look forward"
5)we have to develop trade relations with all our neighbours,specially indians our worst enemies let the economy speak peace to us ,we will have to open at some time when we reach industial capacity import and export and allow their companies in ,thus providing a better deterent then nukes economy in which both will prosper and india will have a lot at stake in pakistan economy(i have put forward this point after thinking over it,even though my heart says indians are enemies but if we are to move forward we have to with our neigbourhood not with some one seven seas away)
6) ofcourse a new ppls army and airforce just like chinese let it be the new name for old airforce and army let the revolutionary forces merge into them,thus words without the backing of force are weightless.
8)we will have to rewrite a new constitution burn this white mans constitution of oppresors,even triming it a bit has'nt changed the gvt from oppresors to servants of the ppl.
9)no more loans it should be incorparated into new constitution ,whoever leader so seeks and gets a foreign loan in country's name is to be executed,any form of corruption be punishable by death.
10)foreign policy should be neutral no inclinations to east or west or to the arabs who don't give a dam abt us.
11)all in all a transfer of power to common man,same education standards for all no special grammar schools for rich and gvt schools for poor all rich poor should have equaly opportunity.
12)provinces be dissolved only city municipal party gvts be allowed,no one should refer to themsleves as punjabis,sindhis or baluchs pakhtoon,urdu should be the only legal language and spoken language all others be deemed punishable if spoken,thus it will save cost of provincial gvts and give a more direct connection of cities with centre gvt.(and save us fromthe drama zardari put fwd with sindi topi tell me we understand what he tries to communicate or are we that naive)
13)state religion will and should be islam at all cost,though the ummah will have to do without the fort of islam for a while as the fort tries to regain its strength we need some building up the ummah can wait,its not like they really care abt us or respect us its just what we have got,if they can't respect us then we don't need to jump into fire for them,sorry we are not available pls leave a message we will get back when we have spare resources and men to spare too all our arab freinds.
thus these are the few steps that could be taken to move forward but its all a question of will,we tend to vote for our relatives rather then looking in the broader context,we hate the situation but somewhere deep we like the satus quo.

i think you must be careful outside pakistan to speak about your nationality, pakistan is an embarrassment in the whole world may not be the same case in saudia though
