Goes by the actions of North Korea in the past few weeks, it clearly indicates young Kim Jong Un is not totally in charged. There are simply too much similarities with the past actions when his father was in power. Perhaps the old guards are now pulling the strings behind the scene.

DPRK forces were using SAMs against a Cessna which is a very slow target. In a real war they will have to fire against very fast and agile targets, so it was not realistic. The multi-berrel rocket launchers are usually taken out by the enemy forces even before they have a chance to fire. Apart from that, these rockets are not accurate, so they have little value in modern warfare.
