Changed the title. On 11th August 1947, Liaqat Ali Khan officially moved to have Mohammad Ali Jinnah from then on always referred as Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah. For the non-Urdu speakers, Quaid-e-Azam means Great Leader and a great leader he was.
