1) Arabic should be the National Language of Bangladesh.

2) Sharia Law should be the National Course of Justice for Bangladeshis.

3) Burkha and Beards must be Compulsory for Bangladeshis.

4) Hands should be Cut off for Robbery of Muslims.(That's True Sharia!)

According to Bangladeshis:

People in BD doesn't even understand the word secularism. The Aawami fagots who always spout secularism BS uses the word "dhormaniropeckhota" and they don't use the word in rural areas. People here are very religious with significant mosque attendance every 5 prayers/day. Even the current amendment of the constitution was not done legally & constitutionally. These fagots have 2/3 seats in parliament but yet they opted to bypass the parliament while amending the constitution via their Kangaroo supreme court , a first of its kind non-sense in any parliamentary democracy which is inturn invalid. They obviously did this so as to not agitate the masses and give us excuse of a supreme court verdict. That's the kind of shameless hypocritical mentality these fagots have. They have made a mess of the constitution with state religion being ISLAM while one of the founding principle being secularism. This joke of a illegally constitution and any new amendment done to it will readily be thrown out legally by the next BNP gov even if they hypothetically not win 2/3 seats .

And finally ,a muslim can never be secular nor he/she can bow down to a secular constitution since it with be akin to accepting man-made laws being superior than Allah(swt) law. A muslim will never to that and neither would bangladeshi muslim.

Sharia's not needed to be a good Muslim

3) Burkha and Beards must be Compulsory for Bangladeshis.

Sharia doesn't say that; Burkha and Beard are personal laws, they're not meant to be enforced on a national level

4) Hands should be Cut off for Robbery of Muslims.(That's True Sharia!)

Hands should be cut for anybody's robbery. Let's not try to distort the laws for Propaganda purposes, shall we?

3. Shariah is derived from Quran. If Beard and burkha is made compulsory it will go against Quran! As Quran says - There is no compulsion in religion. Surah Baqara ayat 256

Let's not mention neither of them are compulsory, even at a personal level.
Btw, I think OP meant Hijab, not Burkha..

Why do Muslims Whine when France Banned Burkha?

Or Indian Supreme Court Banned Muslims from having Beards in Armed Forces?

Sharia is Applicable only to Muslims, Not Kaffirs.

So Technically, Only Muslims have their Hands Cut.

4. Hands should be cut off for robbery! There are many pre conditions for that. It is only applicable in shariah state which runs according to islamic financial system and poor receive Zakat from Rich!! If someone is poor, has no money and steals - cutting hand is not applicable here! Only if he steals out of greed!!

If the law is religion-related then yes, but if it isn't then it applies to all. The law about 'cutting the hands' concerns the safety of the people/people's property; no religion/religious practice involved.

Spot on; there's that as well.

No, you do not need to be under Sharia to be a practicing Muslim. It should be a secular state...

1.Hindustan/ SA was not an uncivilized lawless country / society before the English Co crept into power. Our administrative machinery was well organized delivering service to the people. There was peace in society. The culprits were always punished through due process of law. There was accountability by officials at every level. A man could even go and see the Emperor seeking redress. Whenever required the Qazi would summon even the Emperor to answer charges. Never have we heard of any miscarriage of justice till the dirty English came with their English Common Law. The first glaring example of the fraudulent nature of this law was witnessed in the famous Nandkumar Trial at Calcutta.

2. Not merely BD, all of SA should revert to pre-1757 laws and administrative system, and reform into modernity from there.

Is that my post that OP posted? Guess I have become an authority on Islamic affairs among indians here.

On a serious note, yeah I would love my country to implement proper sharia law as per Quran and sunnah which will take time and can not be done overnight. As for Shiv Shena bombay dude, WE ALL KNOW WHY U OPENED THIS THREAD. Thread reported for trolling purposes.:D

Please talk about bangladesh, we are not interested in going back to pre 1757 ages, when the world was rough. If what you say works in bangladesh, it will be a model to replicate in rest of the world.
Now a days, most societies want the justice to be humane and reforming than based on retribution.
The deterence should be certainty of justice than quantum of punishment
