soon this thread will be the number one because Neo is no longer here who could post in Pakistan economy section neither the Indian economy section is active like before. I skipped gym yesterday to give some rest to my injured arms and shoulder and today i hit the gym.

But instead of having a lot of energy I was sort of feeling drained and could not complete my plan for today.
