Gaza-Israel Conflict | October 2023

i think we must recognize nation states dont have much to gain from helping palestine

and also there isnt much they can do individually

so there must be a coalition

And what's more scary is that Democrats were suppose to be less radical than these types, but now Genocidal Joe and his Democrat party has came out to be supporters of Genocide and ethnic cleansing, so what should a Muslim voter do ? vote republic who has congresswomen like MTG and Bobert and others, who are racists and Islamophobe, but voting Democrats means another free reign to Israel's barbarism which will continue in future, I can't vote in USA election because I am not yet citizen but if could I would not have voted for anyone.
If you observe U.S. Presidential elections, you don't have any impact whatsoever unless you live in one of the few battleground states. If you live in a battleground state, you should consider a wide range of issues before deciding whom to vote. Single issue voters generally get disappointed as reality works differently from expectation. As for as U.S. - Israel foreign policy is concerned, it is so bipartisan that honestly whom you vote does not matter. Much of the nitty gritty is done by Congress and your ability as a voter to influence a policy is even more miniscule when decisions are made by 535 politicians.

Amazing level of ignorance.
Closed Boshphorus = half the world starves, India loses most of its oil, many countries lose their energy supply. Turkey also happens to be where majority of the world's international flights fly over; considering the NATO ban over Russia, the war in Israel, restricted airspace over Yemen and Syria, you're looking at significantly longer flight hours.
Damn, it's not like one can just take alternative routes. It's over bros, flights take longer, I guess nuclear Armageddon now!. I guess their is only 1 transit route in the world for air and sea. Closing the strait delays but the adjustment will take no longer than a month. 99% of countries have strategic reserves of food so the damage can be mitigated. Their will be initial shock and a subsequent adjustment.

The kind of hellish, oppressive, tyranny they are forced to live is worse than death. This man believes in tyranny and submitting to tyranny. He has no love for humanity. Saudis have caused the worst famine of the 21st century in Yemen since they began their war in Yemen.
He does not believe in tyranny; he just believes that most Gazans do not believe that death is preferable to their life in Gaza. How many people from Gaza were emigrating out of Gaza to someplace else? If not many. why was that so? You see hundreds of thousands of Africans, Syrians, Afghans, Pakistanis etc., risking their life to go anywhere. Why was that not happening in Gaza? Why is there not a giant exodus of Palestinians to other places?

As I said, the IDF is terrible and incompetent on the ground. How do you send tanks and APCs without infantry support? Especially when you know your enemy has no tanks but just light infantry? How would the IDF do against a regular land army? The only thing they can do it bomb from the skies, but as time progresses these jets will also not be safe. Today their famous MERKAVA is not effective, tomorrow it will be their American supplied jets.

There was no Jewish empire in history
Iran also joining the "you better not" group.

Everyone is just saying “don’t, don’t, don’t” like Biden at this point.

Alternative routes are uneconomical.
The entire world felt a major shock with inflated food prices just by the Russian Liberation War against Ukraine. That inflation still hasn't recovered. There is no alternative route for Russian and Ukrainian grain. Food inflation hit very hard in North America, with no recovery to date.

Egypt should close the Suez Canal, this slaughter is getting sickening. Don't know how the Egyptians can sit there watching it.

I'm not surprised he hasn't done this yet, but by now Sisi (actually a few weeks ago) should've booted out the Israeli ambassador and withdrawn the Egyptian one. The only reason I can think of why he hasn't done it is the embassy is needed to conduct communications for the border crossing to get the aid through along with keeping contact with Abbas and the WB. I don't think communicating with Hamas is the embassy's role, that's done straight through Egyptian intelligence through secured comms. is my guess. But those two reasons are the only reason I can think of. Had he expelled & recalled the ambassadors, it would have gone a long way and showed something, besides pushing for the aid to get through and calling for a cease fire.

The amount of Afghans that emigrated was actually quite low. Over the course of 20 years of war, less than 6% fled. Ukranians otoh, apparently ⅓ of the population fled within one year of war.

There is no Iranian involvement,
Prove it

I think it should be rephrased for accuracy. Nation states have much to lose from helping Gaza militarily. No risk providing humanitarian aid, diplomatic support etc., And yes, a coalition will have stronger impact than individual states as they are small on international scale and impact.

Yesterday, a US Air Force B-1 Lancer bomber carried out an air refueling operation using a KC-135 aircraft during a flight mission over the US Central Command (Middle East) area of responsibility. According to the US Central Command, the mission aims to enhance the speed of movement and integration between the United States and its partners while demonstrating the US Army’s ability to respond to crises and emergencies across theaters of operations. Several sources had reported that two B-1 Lancer bombers arrived at Incirlik Air Base in Turkey several days ago.

I think a huge number of Afghans went to Pakistan. If many did not go, probably because they lived in countryside removed from war. At least Afghanistan is a large mountainous country, and they don't have a lot of places to go easily. Gazans could have easily gone to any of the Arab neighboring countries if life was as intolerable as in Ukraine or Syria or Lebanon or Libya. But I don't think it has happened.

Yes, this badly hurting US Middle East policy ...According to one US senator......everytime we have to clean the Israeli shitz in the Middle East, after every conflict they create.
Yes,I think for the west this literally couldnt have come at a worse time, and it isnt just hurting their mena foreign policy either.
I`d imagine that this is also causing many unneeded headaches for their euro foreign policy as well,as right now they are effectively having to rob the ukrainian pyotr to pay the zionist saul[😉].
Of course the one thats really going to be "interesting" [terrifying?] to see is the one that always tends to bite the west squarely on its arse, and that is the law of unintended consequences. To make matters worse it seems to be a lesson that the west stubbornly insists on repeating over and over again without seemingly ever learning anything in the process.
Something tells me that this time tho`,after the horrors and undisguised barbarity we`ve seen inflicted in gaza by the zionists, the "unintended consequences" wont just be a couple of knocked over skyscrapers in the west.

Of course, that's why I said vote no one, Muslims should not vote anyone at all because the barbarism of Israel is supported by both Republicans and Democrats, plus I am not navie to believe that Govt does represent the constituents, they never did nor they ever will neither USA itself is a true Democracy (ref to Electoral College system).
