Please explain why then people in Bangladesh can not replicate a 30's West Bengal today? Science, arts or politics? The point is, it is not a question of place, but a natural civilizational decadence that every enlightened race has to follow at some moment only to be forgotten with the course of time while only the staunchest optimistic can hope them to be resurrected again. But why we couldnt produce anything we have plenty of excuses. War, political dilemma before and after war.
But BD is upgrading fast today which I dont want to come out with any kinds of comparison. But our extreme hunger and vacuum for progress will lead us far, Im optimistic for that.
