Some years ago, a woman by name Gurmehar Kaur said a similar thing. Her father was a Indian Army soldier in the Indian Army who was killed in the Kargil War. Yet Gurmehar said that it was not Pakistan who killed her father it was actually war which killed him. The Right-wingers here immediately started bashing her, but she stuck to what she said.
Which is why I don't trust Owaisi.

It is right that the actions of Pakistan caused a lot of minority refugees to India and terrorism problems emanates from there.

A woman who chanted "Pakistan Zindabad" at a gathering against India's Citizenship Amendment Act 2019 in Bengaluru was taken into police custody and has been booked for sedition, The Wire reported on Friday.
Amulya Leona chanted "Pakistan Zindabad" while on stage during the event after which she chanted "Hindustan Zindabad" before the microphone was taken from her.
The Indian publication added that Leona was taken into custody and police said they had initiated a sedition case against her.
Leona was sent on three-day judicial custody,The Wire reported citing ANI news agency. She was booked under Section 124(a) (sedition), 153A (promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion, race, place of birth, residence) and 153B (imputation, assertions prejudicial to national-integration) of the Indian Penal Code.

On other hand, RSS run Government can easily refer to these chants for treason charges and anti India protests leading to more forcible actions. What if these are sometimes planted slogans? Protest against CAA/NRC will be painted as an anti India rally.

Every picture has to have a two sides... there is another perspecrive. The way police was surrounding at the time of chant and do nothing clearly shows someone intentionally behind this to destroy Owais or Muslim footprint in the politics to label them as a Pakistani puppets in India... seems like Modi tabar is behind this conspiracy...
It is clear as daylight that this girl was put up to chant. The "Muslims" who put her up to it and thereafter disappeared, as claimed by the girl's father and other independent witnesses, were clearly BJP or State agents who used this girl. The girl sounds like and probably can be classified as "not the brightest egg in the batch". The purpose of this exercise was to blacken the anti CAA and NRC protests and thanks to the organizers of this event, it seems to have worked. Whoever organized this event ought to have their rears kicked for not guarding the microphone and allowing anybody to walk up on stage and start rambling off. The BJP seems to be a well organized machine compared to these anti CAA and NRC protest organisations.
