This time no matter how much the Arab world or the OIC or the UN shouts or people put out images of sufferings of Palestinians, Israel is going to go ahead and complete the job i.e. extermination of Hamas and most probably annexation of Gaza, it will be hell for people of Palestine for the next year or so. Thousands of innocents will die majorly in Palestine. It was really idiotic of Hamas to do what it did, but they and their supporters are not very bright anyways. Also nobody is getting involved nor Iran nor Hezbollah nor Egypt heck not even PA in West Bank 'cause if they do they will face the wrath of big daddy US.

Me, as a military professional, served 7.5 years in an armed force, being a battalion S-2, I am ia part of Battalion staff that was in charge of planning military operation on Battalion level, and I don't see any hinderance why they can't send that 300,000 force to war, Gaza is not 1000km end to end like Ukraine, Gaza didn't hit any road and airport, or have roadblock and Israel will have complete dominance in air and sea, now tell me how you cannot deploy 300,000 troop along the way in a sensible manner?

Maybe you can explain to me in more than 1 sentence how this is not possible?

Two things. You are misquoting what he said. International journalists asked the official about truce talks and he said they aren't against them.

Second, in no way does a successful military operation warrant genocide against a whole people. This kind of privilege is only given to Israel. No other country behaves like this and they've had much worse losses. And never suggested to wipe other nations or people out.

Like I said, this is not a NATO army. It's a fanatical religious government that is running Israel. NATO does not fight this way.

You are talking about a 3-border attack, 2 land (North/East) and one sea (North West), you can also deploy asymmetrically with Airborne and Air Assault troop, if you couple that with 2 or more formation of armour and mechanised infantry, you are looking at least a breach of 300-400km border, with 300,000 troop, which mean 1000 per km, How exactly is this not possible? 1000/km can be fed in 2 or 3 wave easy.

You aren't talking about troop density of 10000+, again, please explain to me how this is not possible.

A siege is a act of war. You guys only say this stuff when it pertains to Palestine but would never for anything else. It's a kind of privilege Israel is enjoying. Not really. Those who supported Palestine before will keep supporting it. Those who supported Israel before will continue supporting it.

As bad as the imagery was, it doesn’t change things much in the big picture.

However the last few days there is an undeniable sense that the balance of power has shifted and Israel is not as invincible as it once was.

I honestly do not think the IDF will fight block to block. I believe they have decided to simply demolish all buildings in their way. I don't think they feel they can push through urban fighting without high casualties and that destroying the strip and giving Palestinians something to do by rebuilding everything is their best option now. Again , i just don't see israel fighting block to block like that, it is very hard to do with tanks as well . Palestinian Mujahideen will certainly take advantage of urban cover to assault IDF soldiers who we so over the weekend performed really badly against Hamas foot soldiers.

The Zionists are too cowardly to cope with such face to face risks, and Israel's efforts to launch exacting an attack in Gaza to are in vain. The Jews could only fight under air cover, and even then they failed to exacting shock to Qassem shock troops.
