US Deploys Hypersonic B-1B Bombers to Turkey Amid Israel-Hamas War

The B-1B was designed to carry nuclear weapons and other heavy payloads a long distance. US European Command (EUCOM) reportedly said that the deployment was ‘long-planned’ to ‘demonstrate the US’ readiness’

The United States this week sent two B-1B Lancer bombers to a base in Turkey as the war between Israel and Hamas nears its one-month mark. The move comes as countries in the region jockey for geopolitical stakes.

The bombers departed Royal Air Force base at Fairford in the United Kingdom on Tuesday. Attached to the U.S. Air Force’s 9th Expeditionary Bomb Squadron, the bombers worked a “hot-pitting” refueling exercise while on the runway in Turkey, the U.S. European Command (EUCOM) said, according to al-monitor.com .
EUCOM told the press that the B-1B’s deployment was “long-planned” to “demonstrate the US’ readiness” and “showcase the nation’s ability to project U.S. airpower around the globe.”
The bombers also conducted workups and training with Turkish Joint Terminal Attack Controllers, KC-135R refueling tankers and close-air support exercises with Turkish F-16s.
"The refueling of aircraft from Incirlik Air Base has nothing to do with the conflicts in the region," Turkey's government said in a statement.

Washington and Ankara are aiming to shore up diplomatic ties, and military exercises are one of those methods. However, the arrival of the bombers in Turkey happened just one day before Iran’s top diplomat, Hossein Amir-Abdollahianm, visited Ankara to discuss bilateral ties while Israel’s war against Palestinian militants in Gaza enraged.
Ankara has backed a two-state future in the Israel-Palestine saga that’s stretched across decades, and the Biden administration has echoed the same hope in the region while pledging support for Israel.
Turkey has called for a cease-fire between the fighters and has said it would be a mediator during the current war.
Whereas the U.S. has backed Israel’s fight against Hamas, countries like Iran have continued to pledge support for Hamas, Palestinians and the Hezbollah organization from Lebanon.

"Everybody loses in a regional war, which is why we're working through partners with allies — working the phone lines [and] increasing pressure to make clear our desire to prevent regional conflict," a senior U.S. defense official told reporters this week on condition of anonymity.
The B-1B bombers deployed to Turkey may be part of a “planned exercise,” it’s also a muscle flex for the U.S. as nerves are on edge in the Middle East.
Though it was developed to be the backbone of America's long-range bomber force with original nuclear capability, the U.S. Air Force (USAF) has discontinued that funding and capacity.
It still has a range — in both low and high altitudes — that’s hard to match by any other country.

“It can rapidly deliver massive quantities of precision and non-precision weapons against any adversary, anywhere in the world, at any time,” USAF says on its website .
Its deployment to the region adds to the heightened tensions.

It's clear that Sultan of Turkey and other Arab leaders are taking the Muslim world for a ride. Saying one thing, but doing another. Actions speak louder than words and it's high time the population of these countries rise up and drag these gandus out of their palaces and dish out divine justice for the traitors.

Its not hyper-sonic, its supersonic. Whoever wrote that article knows nothing about aircrafts.

These bombers cannot operate against any adversary that has airforce or even a decent SAM systems. ALL these US moves are just for show of force and somehow deter other players from entering the war. However that myth of deterrence with show of force is already broken by Houthis.

Tragedy of Palestinian is muslim countries around Palestinian giving lip services to Palestinian cause. Azerbaijan supplies about 40% of Israel's oil. The oil goes from Azerbaijan to the coast of Turkey & then to Israel.Kazakhstan another muslim country a suppliers of Israel. If this country really stop Israeli war crime and genocide inside gaza the should suspend oil supply to Israel
Iran another powerful country need to stand firmly with weapons supply to Palestinian freedom fighters not just few empty rhetoric and few attack by its proxy organisations like hizbulla etc.

More MAGA, Republican and conservative hatred of Muslims.

Fox News’ Jesse Watters: ‘We’ve Had It’ With Muslims and Arab-Americans

Fox News host Jesse Watters, no stranger to accusations of racism and bigotry, decided to go full-on Islamophobic on Wednesday by claiming that he’s “had it” with Arab Americans and Muslims.

Amid the escalating violence in Gaza and increased calls for a ceasefire in the Israel-Hamas war, college campuses and cities across the world have also seen a surge of anti-Israel protesters tearing down posters of hostages taken by Hamas terrorists.

Reporting on the incidents of the ubiquitous fliers being destroyed, The New York Times noted that displaying “the posters has become a form of activism, keeping the more than 200 hostages seized by Hamas in full view of the public.”

At the same time, the paper pointed out that the removal of the fliers had “quickly emerged as its own form of protest,” likening it to a “release valve” for those angry with the Israeli government’s treatment of Palestinians. “The battle has inflamed already tense emotions,” the Times stated. “And it captures one of the most fervently debated questions of the war: Whose suffering should command public attention and sympathy?”

Sparking outrage on Fox News, The Gray Lady’s framing of the poster-ripping incidents was the top story on Wednesday’s broadcast of The Five, the right-wing network’s most-watched show. With an on-air graphic blaring that the “Liberal Media” was defending the removal of the hostage posters, Watters went off on an unhinged and angry tirade.

“I want to say something about Arab Americans and about the Muslim world,” he began.

“We—and when I say we I mean the West and Western technology—have created the Middle East,” Watters continued. “We made them rich. We got that oil out of the ground, our military protects all of these oil shipments flying around the world, making them rich. We fund their military. We respect their kings. We kill their terrorists. Okay? But we’ve had it. We’ve had it with them!”

After saying that previous presidents have “tried to get the heck out of that stupid desert,” he raged that the Oct. 7 terror attacks happened “just as we’re about to get out” after arranging “this great balance of power.”

And it kept going.

“These crazy Muslim fanatics come in and massacre over a thousand of our allies. And hold Jewish people hostage, hold Americans hostage,” he bellowed before seemingly advocating for violence. “And so, if you’re an Arab American in this country, and you rip down posters of Jewish hostages, American hostages—no. No, no, no. Someone is going to get punched in the face.”

He then took issue with the Times article, saying they’ve “now made suffering a commodity” before agreeing with co-host Greg Gutfeld’s argument that minorities are given a “free punch” in today’s society.

“They’ll put a price tag on emotional suffering,” Watters declared. “You know, is it the Jews? Is it Black teens? The Native Americans? The Palestinians? Who’s suffered the most and he who suffered the most is allowed, as you say, a free punch.”

He concluded: “And so now they have justified violence to avenge suffering. And so now people are above the law. People are below the law and that’s making everybody crazy because we can’t live in a country like that. And I won’t live in a country like that.”

Following Watters’ over-the-top rant, Harold Ford, Jr.—the show’s resident “liberal” panelist—added that he doesn’t “necessarily disagree with what Jesse said.”

Never forget the Middle East was relatively peaceful until the Bush Republicans staged a false flag of 9/11 to wage wars in the Middle East that resulted in the deaths of millions of Muslims.

In 2007, in a statement published by the Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera, Cossiga commented on the 11 September attacks and on a video attributed to Osama Bin Laden 2001. He wrote that "all of the democratic circles of America and of Europe, especially those of the Italian centre-left, now know well that the disastrous attack was planned and realized by the American CIA and Mossad with the help of the Zionist world to place the blame on Arabic countries and to persuade the Western powers to intervene in Iraq and Afghanistan".
The ciabots after the death of Cossiga says the former Italian President Cossiga was only being sarcastic in that Newpaper article. Although there were no substantial accusations of this while he was alive. And Cossiga never said he was sarcastic.

Here are two Italian videos put out after those comments by the Italian President:

The only thing the US did was loot Middle East oil at low prices and instigate wars in the Middle East, including the support of the creation of the genocidal zionist regime. US Empire was made by cheap Middle East oil, and the US brings wars and genocide to Muslims.

Jesse Waters: "Who’s suffered the most and he who suffered the most is allowed, as you say, a free punch.”
Tell that to Netanyahu killing Palestinians as Zionists Jews believe "the zionist regime should 'defend' itself" - a free punch at Palestinians.

Or is the criminal zionist regime only going after Hamas, the same Hamas the Jews admit to help starting.

Faux News 8 pm slot is the cia Republican agenda.

It was War On Terror Bill O'Reily. Then with Tucker Carlson, it was support MAGA Republican Trump vs China and wokeness. And support Vladamir Putin as defender of "Christian values". Jesse Waters is new the 8 pm slot for Faux News and Jeese wants Muslims to be grateful for the endless wars in the Middle East fomented by criminal zionists and fomented by the cia policy of PNAC:

NYT: CONFRONTATION IN THE GULF; U.S. Gave Iraq Little Reason Not to Mount Kuwait Assault

In a meeting with Mr. Hussein in Baghdad on July 25, eight days before the invasion, Ms. Glaspie urged the Iraqi leader to settle his differences with Kuwait peacefully but added, ''We have no opinion on the Arab-Arab conflicts, like your border disagreement with Kuwait,'' according to an Iraqi document described as a transcript of their conversation.

Then after Iraq goes: "ok, I guess we can invade Kuwait without US interfering..."

The US responds with total outrage and a big war against Iraq. A war designed to take away the shame of defeat of Vietnam.

Is the wall the reason why they're unable to get through and keep the IDF stretched out thin?

no, areal bombardment and monitoring from drones constantly is problem for resistance forces and yet they have some tactical success, so far they resist good and enemy avoid to enter area with dense building structures.

My concern is what happens when the isreali forces fully invade into gaza and come across the civilians that we see in these video.
Are they gonna slaughter them? I think so because that is what we have seen so far when the civilian car that was heading to north gaza was bombed by isreali tank. And that UN bus which was shot at when it was taking civilians to the south.
Let us hope hamas send these devil offsprings to the pits of hell before they reach civilians.

Stop lying. Hamas detained IDF prisoners of war.

Sure , " lying " . So those are " IDF prisoners of war " ?

Release the hostages.

Holding them serve no purpose , and are just a public relation desaster for you.

You know there will be no ceazefire till those hostages are released.

UK’s Sun features faces of 32 kids held hostage by Hamas

n the UK, The Sun features on its cover today the faces of the 32 Israeli children who have been held hostage by Hamas since October 7, under the banner: “Bring them home.”

“32 innocent children snatched by terrorists,” the paper declares in its main headline. “This is why Israel must fight evil of Hamas.”

All 32 were taken by Hamas terrorists when thousands of them broke through the border and slaughtered and abducted Israelis in southern Israel. Some of those kidnapped were taken alongside their families. Many had relatives killed before being abducted.

Hamas has not made any information available on their condition or allowed the Red Cross to visit them — along with over 200 other hostages.
