JERUSALEM -- Israel's military intelligence chief says Iran possesses enough enriched uranium to build one nuclear bomb and soon will have enough to produce a second.

Maj. Gen. Amos Yadlin's statement coincides with previous assessments from both the CIA and the U.N.'s nuclear watchdog.

But any Israeli commentary on Tehran's nuclear program is significant because Israel has not ruled out a military strike to try to prevent Iran from developing nuclear weapons.

Israel, like the West, does not believe Tehran's claims that it is developing nuclear technology to produce energy.

Yadlin spoke to parliament's foreign affairs and defense committee Tuesday. His remarks were reported by meeting participants who spoke on condition of anonymity because the testimony was delivered behind closed doors.

Fox news Fair and balanced....

Anyway On Topic. When Israel can have one why not Iran. Everyone turns blind eye of Israel nuclear capability. Israel didn't officially announced nuclear weapons doesn't mean Israel dont have one.

1 bomb is being anticipated by a hardliner Israel. I wonder if this is the opinion of Iran's worst enemy...think about the reality?

as the enemies usually exaggerate their claims before presenting before the world

They are scared of Iran's 1 bomb and what about Israel having 70 to 80 Nukes........
That means no other country has right to defend itself.......
This is the world of "Might is Right"

They may have the capability to make one bomb but do they have the capability to deliver it?

They will make one bomb and then test it ......Thats it. Whats the big deal.

You people can make 100 000 bombs and the poor Iranians cant even make ONE?

For Israel even 90-100 nukes are not enough because the number her enemies is larger. Iran only needs a few good nukes to wipe Israel of the map. The paranoia is justified. I don't understand why it is so difficult for many to understand.

Iranian Missile Technology is almost as good as Pakistan as far as I m aware... So they can easily hit Israel...

But then so can Pakistan...

The very existence of Israel is based on its oppressive might of arms... They cant exist one day without that...

But as far I know, no Pakistani ruler has ever spoken of wiping Israel off the map. The case is different in case of Iran.
