I am sure KSA, UAE, Oman, Yemen, Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain have no offence with each other and they can join in as a single country which would be beneficial for each other.

Im all for it considering that the people of those nations are connected by blood, religion, culture and so on. One block one economy will make wonders.

The idea is probable but not possible. The major problem is, who will rule the country. Which family among all currently ruling families have ultimate powers. Which family will happily accept the governance by other family. Who will be the ruler of supposed country... Al Saud's, Sabah's, Al Nahyan's, Al Saids's, Hashemite, House of Thani...
