Sanctions imposed on Russia are harming the third party i.e. other countries of the world. This measure of sanctions has proven to be an ineffective tool of foreign policy.

Security Advisor to the Prime Minister of Bangladesh, Major General (retd.) Tariq Ahmed Siddique said these things at an international security conference in the Russian capital, Moscow, on Tuesday.

The 11th 'Moscow Conference on International Security' held in the capital of Russia is organized by the country's Ministry of Defence.

In the plenary session of the conference yesterday, Tariq Ahmed Siddique said that the economic sanctions imposed on Russia are also causing suffering to other regions of the world, which is definitely an undesirable situation.

The Prime Minister's Security Adviser said, 'In this context, our country has also faced great suffering.'

Tariq Ahmed Siddique said, 'It is clear to us at the moment that the ban will not benefit anyone. And we are experiencing it firsthand.'

Talking about the situation in the Asia-Pacific region, Tariq Ahmed said that the region has been undergoing significant changes in the past years due to factors such as the events in Ukraine, the subsequent energy crisis, as well as the Sino-US rivalry.

In this context, Dhaka supports the issue of security and mutual respect in the relations between the countries of the region, said the Prime Minister's Security Adviser.

Tariq Ahmed Siddique said that healthy economic competition should be prioritized instead of harmful geopolitical rivalry. Security policies should be developed in the region, conflict should be avoided.

Who cares what Tareque Ahmed Siddiqui says in Moscow.

Note that this ex-general is the mastermind of Pilkhana BDR carnage and the grenade attack before that.

She has mystical powers like Sufi saints.

Sufi saints who lived humble life and were always loyal to the state.
Please do not make fun.

- She has 1000 pairs of Saree, and how many pieces Sufis used to wear? Imelda would copy her passion for expensive wears.
-Her dear son Joy Kumar was given more than $10 billion stolen by Sufi Hasina that has been forfeited by the GoA.
- A similar nuclear power plant was built in India with only $3.5 billion. How about the same capacity Rooppur. It is more than $12.5 billion. Only Sufi Hasina knows how she and Putin divided the money between them.

The list goes on---------------------------------------- .

India built nuclear power station with its own expertise and money. And it already has the eco system. It is a nuclear power.

Ofcourse it’s going to be cheaper.

Bangladesh had to start from scratch. Create the nuclear eco system costs billions.

You just have no passion for studying many things. It is talk only without depth. Just like @bananarepublic of yesterday.

I was talking about India's nuclear power plant built by Russia.

Conspirator and killer Tarique, you better do not worry about other countries. It is not your business.

How about hatching another conspiracy that will kill Putin. Peace will return to the entire world and BD will pay dollars for Rooppur.

We may then forget Grenade attack and BDR killing affairs that were done by you at the order of Hasina.

All the nuclear power plants India has were bought from Soviet Union/Russia. They are still not able to design their own nuclear reactor.

Yes, so was I.

Most of the workers were Indians and Russia didn’t need to build all the supporting infrastructure as they were already there. India has thousands of nuclear scientists and experts.

In Bangladesh, Russia had to build an entire mini town to house the thousands of Russian workers. And spent billions building the supporting infrastructure. When you build stuff with almost 100% foreign labour - it is going to cost you a lot more.

You are comparing a nuclear power India with a Bangladesh that produces the lowest original research in Asia.

You have very little idea on how a project is done. You are amalgamating Indian engineers with the engineers of the Russian project team.

There is no chance of these two groups meeting each other and talking project matters while seeping Darjiling tea and talking on project matters.

There are govt engineers, but even then they are not taught any in-depth knowledge by Contract. It stands for all kinds of nuclear or non-nuclear contracts.

BD cannot buy western jets because the west will never let it be used against India.

And Russia/China will not let them be used against the Burmese.

Bangladesh needs to wait for Turkish or Indonesian jets.

For now buy some third hand jets for training purposes.
What. Who says China won't let you attack Myanmar?

If Bangladesh could destroy Myanmar. The Chinese people support Bangladesh as a permanent member of UNSC.
