Dubai Way too much over crowded now. Traffic is Horrible. Prices are Skyrocketing. Specially Rents.Corporate Culture is horribly stuck in 80s. To an extent, pay seggregation by nationality. Arabic speakers get more for just speaking arabic then they deserve for there skill and Qualification.
All thay said. Still Dubai is a wonderfull city.
InfraStructure is top notch, Laws and Regulations are very streamlined. Govt Officials are very nice to Expats now. Labor Laws protect the Employee to a great extent. Law enforcement is awesome. I have not seen any Street crime so far. Weather is significantly improving for some reason its not as Hot as it was before according to people living here for 20 30 years.
Its a heaven compared to Pakistan for those who get there roots here and earn even modest amount.
