Pak fails to get stay against Kishanganga project

The project is aimed at generating power and INDIA is not violating the treaty thats already signed. Pakistan does not have a proper flood management system and most of the corrupt politicians are not going to put a proper system in the future either.

By now most of the Pakistani people have a feeling that its elected representatives are not doing enough to eradicate the local problem but diverting the peoples focus towards INDIA or AFGAN and they have started questioning the people in power to do more for local prosperity. Its not going to be long to see a peaceful people uprising to make the government of Pakistan to listen to its people.

Probably if all goes well in the future, INDIA might come forward to share the power generated in the dam to the *** too. If this happens, the GoP and her people should take it as a good will gesture not as a insult of pride.
I wish to see that atleast the future generation does not fight each other over land and political interest

@pak members here : plz try to see the truth. Our project is not going to hurt your interests. It is just that your leaders are corrupt and had shunned to take action for betterment of water situation for decades now. They want a workaround to this mess by blaming india.

Only after the WOT started in Pakistan's border, only then I began to hear reports of 'India stealing water', 'India causing floods', 'India's water terrorism' etc from Pakistan. Its nothing more than those who are in charge of Pakistan ploy to divert atleast some public attention away from WOT by again propping up the ever popular Indian Boogeyman.

When INDIA is under the grips of severe power shortage I hardly think the electricity generated can be given to pak.
We have one of the world's finest power grids in the world and can use the surplus electricity in South India as well..

This is the attitude of Pakitani water planners : If India does ANY dam-related activity on its side , make noise , protest and take it to the ICA.

This decision is a textbook example of what you get when you don't do your homework right.

if this news is true then pakistan is realy a funny banana state... first it was the issue of the navy plane being shot by india.. and now this issue... again i say if it is true.. so sad pakistan is being ruled by such pathetic idiots who either needs to be in barracks or in jails.. damn f

are you accusing your politicians for creating false propaganda against INDIA to fill their pockets and not doing enough on local issues (or) are you accusing your politicians for not halting the DAM built by INDIA in the international court?

these rivers are extremely important for Pakistan i say we dam up the rivers and use them as strategic leverage over Pakistan in case of another 26/11 situation or even threatening to divert the waters in response to the infiltration of militants into Kashmir

Kindly I respect most of your post, but I wish that you be little defensive rather than being offensive.

sir i was defensive and all for peace until i found out about the truth, we tried being peaceful and gave them many chances; after the Shimla agreement, we tried during the Lahore summit and we were payed back with the Kargil war, we tried again after the Parliament attack and helped Pakistan during the 2005 earthquake and we get paid back with 26/11, HELL even today the repeated infiltration of militants into J&K the terror camps in AK and GB why even try if there is nothing that will work?

the fact is these guys are not run by they're civilian gov't the real man in power is Afshaq Kayani who is one one the most anti Indian people out there

you may not like to hear this but its the truth these guys (not all of them) want to see us destroyed and defeated we have strategic leverage through the rivers why not use them?

As I said they might have gone wrong, we can not betray an agrement that we signed, thats not the INDIAN way.

IMO, the Indian way can take a hike.. At the end of the day, we should use all means at our disposal to protect our interests.
