Unable to login properly.....

Hi friends and respected Mods.... I'm facing a very strange issue with my account.... whenever I come to PDF I see some members replies which I saw week back they show me their status as just 11 minutes back...... no matter how many times I try to reply them by logging in I only get a message saying OOPS SEEMS WE RAN INTO SOME PROBLEMS.... TRY LATER OR REFRESH PAGE.....

What is this??

Is it a problem with other members too or I'm sort of banned??
